We just started a new section of the journal where we'll post photos taken by some of the talented folks who work at Rose and Radish. These photos won't necessarily go along with the current show or feature any particular product, but will just be about a texture, feeling, or place we love. The first Vignette was taken by the head of our photo department, Annabelle.
I spent my Thanksgiving weekend with my grandparents in the Napa Valley. The weather was incredible and all of the vines still hung on to the last of their autumn leaves which made the afternoon light rich with color. My Granny has had this rowboat for as long as I can remember and it has always been one of my favorite places. Only years of use can give an object such a beautiful color. The bowl is from Hering Berlin's Granat series.
